Ted Gildred, President & CEO of The Lomas Santa Fe Group, has extensive experience in the real estate sector as an investment banker focusing on the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. BA in History from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia.

Frank Stork - Partner
Frank Stork has extensive development experience, primarily focused on developing urban entertainment centers and multiplex cinemas in Central Europe. As Co-founder and CFO of Portico Development, Frank was instrumental in securing the financing for development of a program of high profile commercial projects. BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Jose Fimbres - Partner
Jose Fimbres has over ten years of experience in real estate development and construction in Mexico, assisting in the development of the Calimax chain of supermarkets in Northern Baja. He currently leads Sojo Construccion, a company that specializes in the development of retail centers, residential and industrial projects.

Ben Trinder - Senior Vice President, Development & Construction
Ben Trinder has over 15 years of experience developing high-end resort, retail and residential projects in international locations. Prior to joining BV Resorts, Mr. Trinder led the development activities at Flag Luxury Properties, LLC. Mr. Trinder has an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology School of Architecture.

Channing Henry - Development Executive
Prior to joining BVR, Channing was a Senior Associate at The KOR Group involved in expansion of resorts in Latin America. At KOR, she oversaw design, programming, financial and operating strategies for the Viceroy Riviera Maya, Tides Playa del Carmen and the Miami projects Viceroy at Icon Brickell and Viceroy South Beach.
